As a Cafe All Rounder at WHSmith, you are passionate about all things coffee! You will specialise in preparing coffees and other beverages, alongside exceptional customer service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Managing stock levels.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Handling cash and card transactions.

This position is based at our Long Shot Cafe in Coffs Harbour.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for coffee and is friendly & approachable. You will display the following qualities:

• Flexibility to work during the week.
• 1 year experience working in a café or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic food safety standards knowledge (Having a Food Safety Certificate is a bonus).
• A passion for food and beverage service.
• Minimum 1 year of Barista experience is preferred.
