Description of the job
This role is very regional and does require you to travel to the venue and stay there whilst you are on contract.
Our Client is looking for a Housekeeper to start ASAP for an 2-3 week contract. Working in this role will allow you to grow your experience not only in this role but with the diverse workplace possibly many others.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Overseeing housekeeping activities- Rooms and common areas
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Some Kitchenhand and cleaning responsibilities
- Assisting with guest queries and lost and found items
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Very good English communication skills
- Ability to handle ever changing dynamics of workers and the workplace
- Suited to someone with prior experience in an office, station or hospitality
- Ability to autonomously work and multi-task
- Ability to work within a diverse workplace
- MUST HAVE full & unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A valid Australian license is beneficial
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
